Meet Laura

Like many people, I came to yoga for the physical aspects. I stayed because I realized it’s more than poses on a mat.

The mindfulness and insight at yoga’s core turned my formal practice into adaptable, effective tools for everyday health, resilience and joy. This wisdom behind the poses, and the science that supports it, inspired me to create Sage Yoga + Wellness and help others bring the benefits of yoga to their daily lives.

My approach weaves together movement, breath, philosophy and mindfulness to elevate strength, focus and calm for alignment on and off the mat.

Yoga teaches us how to access and use the wealth of resources we each already possess — body, breath, heart and mind. That’s why yoga is for all. And that’s why it works.
